SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to get your product to you as soon as possible. There is a 2 day handling time while we prepare your order for shipment. Delivery is made using the Australia Post service for all Australian orders. All items are sent with tracking for your convenience. 

Orders made on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

Australia - All orders over $100 AUD include free standard shipping. 

Australia - All orders under $100 AUD have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD

International - All orders over $250 AUD include free standard shipping. 

International - All under $250 AUD have a flat rate shipping fee of $35 AUD

Currently Shipping is limited to Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Japan and United Kingdom ONLY. 

PREORDER items 

Items with Pre Order in the title, are available to order immediately but will not ship until their actual release date which is contained in the details of the product. Please note the expected release date can change and this is out of our control. If a Pre Order is delayed due to supply delays or release delays from the supplier you can request a refund at the value of the PRE ORDER price. 

Once the stock is received it will be shipped after the 2 day handling period and sent via the Australia Post network for all Australian orders. All Pre order items are sent with tracking for your convenience.​

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30 day returns policy. 

Any returns and refunds must be initiated within 30 days. The item/s must be in unused and unopened condition. Items must additionally be in the same condition that you received it. All items for return must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items and cannot accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind only.

To complete your return, we require details on the reason for return and order number. You will find the order number on your invoice sent after purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, we will work with you to resolve this with a replacement, credit or refund. 

Refunds


After a refund/return is submitted, we will notify you once we’ve received and have inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, please note delays in processing from your bank or financial institution is outside of our control. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yeahboybreaks@gmail.com. so we can investigate further.
